First check your spam folder. You can also confirm weekly reports are switched on under your account settings — there's an unsubscribe link in every report email if you'd rather turn them off.
None — reaching out or posting a request doesn't commit you to anything. You're free to talk to multiple agencies and choose whichever (if any) you'd like to work with.
You can post your own request in the Marketplace — describe what you need help with (e.g. "need help understanding my SEO report") and any agency can respond with their own offer and price. You'll see every response and can pick whichever one suits you.
o to Marketplace from your account menu to browse agency listings — each shows their services, specialisms, and typical pricing. Find one you like and submit a contact request; they'll get in touch with you directly.
Yes — when you send Action List items to a contact, you'll see a preview of the email first and can edit the wording before it actually sends.
The Action List is where issues and opportunities we spot get collected — tagged as SEO, Ads, or Dev — so you can either handle them yourself or send them to whoever manages that part of your business (you can add contact details for your SEO person, Ads person, and developer in Settings).
No — any fee is agreed and paid directly between you and the agency you choose, just like hiring them normally. Metric Unlocked doesn't take a cut or process that payment.
A: From your Agency dashboard, go to Marketplace Listing and fill in your details. Listings require a £29/month subscription and admin approval before going live in the directory.
Yes — anyone you've added to your organisation can view dashboards, reports, and the Action List. Only the account owner can change billing or plan settings.
The AI draws from your real connected data and our curated knowledge base for product/SEO questions, but as with any AI tool, always use your own judgement on major decisions — think of it as a knowledgeable assistant, not a replacement for professional advice.
Each plan includes a set number of AI chat questions per month (10 on Starter, 50 on Pro, 200 on Premium). Once you hit your limit, it resets at the start of your next billing period, or you can upgrade for a higher allowance.
The AI chat lets you ask questions about your own data in plain English — things like "why did my clicks drop this week?" or "what should I focus on next?" You'll find it on your dashboard. Your monthly question allowance depends on your plan.
If you see this message, it usually means either your Google Ads connection has expired and needs reconnecting, or you're viewing a tab (like Bing Ads) for a platform you haven't connected yet.
CTR stands for Click-Through Rate — the percentage of people who saw your page in search results and actually clicked on it. A higher CTR means your listing is compelling enough to get clicks relative to how many times it was shown
A Quick win is a keyword where you're already ranking reasonably well (positions 4-10) but getting fewer clicks than you should for that position — often just a small tweak to your title or content can push it onto page one properly.
Your Performance, Content, and Technical scores (each out of 10) summarise how you're doing in three areas: how well you're ranking and getting clicks (Performance), how well your page titles and descriptions are set up (Content), and whether Google can properly find and index your pages (Technical). Click into any score to see exactly what's driving it.
Nothing is deleted. You keep full access to your account and historical data on Free — you'll just have fewer active features (like daily AI insights or PDF export) until you upgrade again.
You can manage or cancel your subscription any time from the Billing page in your account. If you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
No — every new account starts on a free trial of our Pro plan with no card required. After 14 days, if you haven't added payment details, you'll automatically move to our permanent Free plan — you'll never be locked out.

Pro adds full lead attribution, competitor analysis, and PDF exports. Premium adds daily AI insights, conversion feedback to Google Ads, and the auto-disavow tool. See our full pricing page for the complete breakdown.
Go to Integrations from your account menu, find the Google Ads card, and click Connect. You'll be asked to sign in with Google and grant access — this only takes a minute, and you can disconnect at any time.
On the Integrations page, click Connect next to Google Search Console. You'll need to already have your website verified in Search Console under the Google account you sign in with.
